Tell us about one of the earliest memories of your career
I remember perfectly when I wrote my first E.P. ‘My Second Chance’. It was so easy, it was like ‘boom! Here it is’, you know? It came to me so quickly, that was such a relief, I had so much to say, so much that I had been thinking for so long. Those four songs are the result of years of experiences, they are the result of a life, of my own second chance. And what a Second Chance! The best decision of my life, to fill it with music.
How do you prepare yourself before you start a new project?
At night when everyone is sleeping and the time seems to stop. I’m sitting with a pen, a notebook, a candle/warm lights and me, alone, letting my thoughts fly.
If you had to define yourself to the world, what would the headline be?
I am a fighter and I’m showing the world my worth.
If you could write your own story, what would your destiny be? What goals would you like to achieve?
I would like to make a better world with the power from music and lyrics. I have a lot to say and a lot to share to the world.
What does success mean to you?
Success for me is when people read/sing the lyrics of my songs, when someone comes to me and tell me that my lyrics have touched them in some way, it’s an amazing feeling. If I only reach one person then I am truly happy. Music is communication, it helps me to share some feelings and ideas I don’t know how to express otherwise.
How has the perspective of your dreams and objectives changed over the years?
My dream never changed. And I like to dream big, although always with my feet on the floor. I mean, I am very aware that music is a really difficult career, but I am not gonna give up, not ever!
What has been the most important learning during your career?
Valuing myself and fighting for my dreams. Out in the world there is plenty of people ready to say ‘you can’t do it’, ‘you will not achieve it’, ‘this is impossible’. Well, I always answer quoting Audrey Hepburn: ‘Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I’m possible’!’.
Any upcoming projects you can tell us about?
I am working on more original songs for this 2023, the first one is gonna be called ‘Music switches hearts on’. Besides, I will release an R&B cover of ‘Levitating’ (Dua Lipa), I can’t wait to show you. Always with my dear and amazing producer Jeff Santana, a recent incorporation to the team, the great Lorenzo Spinozzi and my photographers team, Mike Molina (photographer of the cover picture) and Víctor Fornieles. I am really happy with how all of them understand me and my purpose with my music career, and give me freedom and inspiration to develop my music.

The singer writes songs to switch hearts on and bases the lyrics of her songs on the learnings from her own life experiences. A regular artist on the live music scene in Barcelona and Costa Brava, she has performed at Harlem Jazz Club, El Siglo (Mercantic) Hard Rock Cafè Barcelona, White Summer Festival, La Santa Market, Sant Pau Modernista Venue, Sala Diobar, Sala Raima, Universitat de Barcelona. During the Covid, the artist did an online concert to raise funds for the research department of the Can Ruti Hospital.
